The cover of this 48 page brochure features an Art Deco illustration in gold, silver, aqua and black on a textured brown paper stock. Inside you will find 27 duo-tone, full-page photos (14 of which are collage photos); TWO full-page full-color illustration collages; and ONE center spread full-color photo of the hydro-electric plant. The format is 12 inches wide x 9-1/2 inches high. it is in pretty good condition considering that it is nearly 100 years old. It is staple bound and the back is blank. The edges of the cover are a bit dog-eared, but no creases or tears, other than a 3 inch split, on the seam, a the bottom. The piece is worthy of a frame.
