This sturdy gift box dates back to the 1950s, or early 1960s, and it is in great condition considering its age. It measures 15-1/2 inches long x 10-1/2 wide x 2-3/4 inches deep. The graphics feature musical instruments in a stylized "fifties" fashion, along with copy that reads, "Merry Christmas from Stix, Baer & Fuller" (a department store that operated in St. Louis from 1892 to 1984). In addition there are song titles such as "Jingle Bells" etc. This box would look great as decoration under your vintage Christmas tree or it can serve its original intent and hold a nice sweater, dress, or whatever. It is in NEAR MINT condition, with no flaws to report.
