Vintage showcard reads, "This 3 piece carved mahogany MOHAIR SUITE, $198". It features an Art Deco/Moderne layout with a textured pale blue background. The lettering is in blue, black, white, purple and orange. It is in NEAR MINT condition, with edges showing slight discoloration from age. It measures 13-1/2 inches x 21-3/4 inches.

We purchased a collection of these vintage advertising posters that were hand painted and used in a Philadelphia furniture store, back in the 1930s and 40s. Each one is a work of art and and they are in very good condition, considering their age. They are on heavy poster board, with a water base paint (Tempera). We have lightly cleaned them, as dust had settled over the years, Most cleaned up very well. Two or three of these framed and hanging over a vintage sofa would be a killer look.
