All sales are FINAL unless item(s) is NOT as advertised.
If that is the case, contact us within 10 days for full merchandise return. SHIPPING AND THIRD PARTY CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All orders, valued at $25 or more, will ship with full-value insurance, which is included in the shipping price.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. IF THE ITEM IS INSURED, AND IS DAMAGED OR LOST IN SHIPPING: We will file a claim on your behalf and you will be reimbursed, by the carrier, for the full-value and for the shipping amount as well. Please note that claims can sometimes take a number of weeks to complete. IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE, please save all shipping material until the shipper has inspected it.
