Wow, what a fifties gem. Billed as the Pelican Fiberglass Insulated Cooler this just oozes those days of nostalgia. Just look at those little sputnik icons on the aluminum anodized top. This jug stands 13 inches tall from the bottom to the top of the upright handle. It consists of a metal casing, insulated glass interior and plastic handle and pour spout. Even the original instruction sheet is still present. It looks to hold about 1/2 gallon of cold or hot liquid. A real treasure in NEAR MINT condition showing only faint use (2 tiny very faint scratches on the aluminum starburst section) otherwise this would be rated mint.
