Back in the days before touch pads and tiny push buttons, we had big . . . really big . . . dials. This converter box is no exception. These converter boxes were real popular when UHF became available to television owners. To receive the UHF broadcasts, one needed a converter box hooked up to the TV. In today's world, it doesn't serve much of a purpose, but it looks great displayed on the top of a vintage TV set or among a vintage radio/TV collection. This one has a burgundy plastic body and the tubes all light up. The big dial serves as the antenna, to tune in the best reception. There is also a tiny switch to select UHF or VHF broadcast. It shows only very minor use, and It is in EXCELLENT condition, complete with the electrical and antenna cords. The label reads "Granco Products Inc."
